GetHuman-373942:Are you kidding me...every time I talk to someone, each one tells me something different and my bill just keeps increasing every month....FOR NO REASON......they are rude and disrespectful....their famous line...I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE....that is all they are good for....just to say that whenever someone misleads you with falsified information and they no longer can change their mistakes....and I have been a valued customer for ** years...is this the respect and service I deserve?!?!?!...I rather pay another company more....like Verizon.....who are well known and trained properly to respect and take care of their valued customers....my brother has been with them for many years and they actually call him to help him save money...go verizon.....and everytime you want to cancel...they actually increase the cancellation fee more than actually renewing the upgrade....that is beyond BULL......
