GetHuman-199577：have HATED this airline - website *****! ability to communicate *****! Finally reached a live body... line cut off - SUPER IRRITATED! Was told not to Travel Spirit... Now I get why! The price doesn't make it worth the effort! COULD NOT check in on line!!! Completely impossible - *had to call in ( after hours of investigation on how to reach a live body!) Cost's are prohibitive &* ridiculous! *All I wanted was to check in, pay for my bag &* reserve my seat... felt like your co wanted my first born child! ****!*I'll do this airline once... *Just once! I'd rather pay double than deal w*this type of poor organization, applications, &* service.! *Saving the $**.** WAS NOT WORTH IT!
