~WTH?!:A note appeared when I tried to check-in that said I needed to call a certain number. Turns out it was a Spanish speaking number only!!! No other number on website, searched high and low, then had to sit on hold once I found one after Googling it and calling a few. After long wait, I was told I could now go back in and check-in online -- but they would not tell me why I was held up in the first place! What is going on here?!? A miserable experience.
