~Dumbass Sinan Ozyol:I handle *** gas accounts for several different properties, and every month SCG's accounts receivable makes a data-entry mistake on one of my check amounts, causing me to waste a lot of time calling, faxing over my cashed-check image, and waiting for them to "investigate." Can't anybody there proofread their own work? They usually leave out the cents, so a payment of $**.** is entered as $**. Plus they have a nasty attitude when I point this out. Since this happens every month to a different account, I have to call them & waste my time over their mistake.
