HORRIBLE customer service - every CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT works in verticals, meaning general customer service can't help you with your online account. TERRIBLE. CAN'T BELIEVE IT. IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE A MONOPOLY ON ELECTRICITY THERE'S NO F*$CKING WAY I'D EVER USE IT
