~Sandra Cossaboon:It is impossible to speak with someone in billing. Customer Service can do nothing for you except answer the phone after waiting over * hours with my phone on speaker waiting for them to pick up. When you tell them you have a problem with your bill they will tell you they will have to transfer the call to billing and you are put on hold again. Finally, when someone answers it is the same person at customer service and tells you they don't know why billing is not picking up. This is NOT customer service! Mahogany, Terese, Jarvis and their supervisor if that is her name Rosey, should all be fired. Rosey, the supervisor had the nerve to ask me what my problem is and why I was giving her staff a hard time??? Also, I had to ask her her name,she didn't provide it to me until I asked. Then, when I told her my billing problem she gave me a Fax * to send my information to. Just when I thought everything would be resolved by faxing my info. it turns out the fax * she gave me was disconnect
