However, the truth was that I waited ** minutes. Even after double my wait time, I had to hang up and could not continue the wait. In a different light, I do want to say God help the small skeleton SSA staff who remain there working in these offices, they must be overwhelmed. But it's appalling and we baby boomers are just disgusted. The Soc Security Administration has had *** years to get this right, and still, they are short on any good solutions.
