~Linda:Quality of service as defined by "How helpful was the person who helped you?" was excellent. However, that is NOT a good *"definition" of "quality of service." If you include in that definition, wait time, horrid static*"music" while waiting, times disconnected and having to start over, among other things, then "quality of service" is awful. So.....I'm not sure how to respond to your question.
