~tm:We purchased headphones for my daughter that broke. We were able to ship them back to the company with a bar code that was emailed to us in a PDF. We shipped them back and waited months for return headphones. They never came. I called the company and they said I had to check with the postal service. The USPS must have lost them. Oddly enough, I had a friend who worked on the side for this company. He told me that this is how they do business. They try to stall until you as a customer give up and that way they never have to make returns. I will never buy their product again. Quit skating around your office and do your work for once.
