GetHuman-371668:This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with when it comes down to entertainment. They charged my credit card without my permission or authorization because they have my information on file from a previous year, and they told me it would take at least a week to refund my money when it only took them * seconds to deduct it from my account. They have very very poor customer service because you want to keep your customers happy even in a situation like this when they are clearly at fault. No compensation was given or anything of that nature when they were clearly at fault. Not looking for a handout or anything but if you want me to continue to be a loyal customer, then treat me that way treat me as a loyal customer. They will never get another dime of my money and that's the way that I'm going to get treated as a paying customer.
