~Anonymous:I would tell rep something, then I would hear a faint clicking sound. Not sure if I was on hold, disconnected or what. After a while the rep would come back on the line. A simple acknowledgement like "OK, just a minute" would have gone a long way. I had tried clicking on the website's "live chat" and it repeatedly told me I had an invalid session, even though I had just logged in. I have been an XM customer for ten years. The programming is fine, but the customer support has always been well below average.
