~sbuent:I try to be understanding when it comes to customer service, because I realize it's a thankless task. I also try to take communication issues in stride. That being said...this was one of the worst experiences I've had. The woman with whom I spoke was very clear in her speech and command of spoken English* I had no trouble understanding her. I'm not sure she understood ME, however. She asked me the same questions over and over* I was canceling service and she must have offered me * different options to make staying more attractive, none of which I wanted. Every time I answered a question, she seemed to disappear for minutes at a time, leaving me not knowing whether she had understood me of even if she was still on the line. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement.
