~Brandi:I purchased a car that offered Sirius Radio and was given a * month free trial. I enjoyed listening to the radio during this period and decided that I would try it for another * months just to make sure I would keep it. I was surprised by the amount it cost to get the service, but thought I would still get it. I was in shock when I saw where they took out $** out of my acct w*o my permission. When I called they were rude and not helpful at all, basically telling me there wasnt anything they could do to put the $$ back in my acct and still turned off the radio. Needless to say the customer service ***** and not one person I have ever spoken with has been polite or helpful. I can barely understand what they are saying and they just repeat themselves like its a recording.
