GetHuman-218599：On two separate occasions I called to have my new Kenmore washer and dryer repaired. Both times additional things went wrong with the units while I was waiting for my repair date to arrive, so I called again before the service dates to tell them the addition items to add to the repair list. Both times they told me they saw no scheduled appointments in their system for me and I had to start all over again. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I have spent hours on the phone with these people getting nowhere. Thermador isn't much better for other reasons. It kills me that I spend money on new items only to have them be worse than the old ones and there is no customer service anymore. Don't buy from Sears if you want to hold on to your sanity.
