~gmell46：apparently these comments are never read as I have the same complaints as buyers who entered their complaints *-* MONTHS AGO. Same problems - dishwasher*microwave not in warehouse so can't be delivered - but when they are available Sears only delivers to Warner NH on Saturday - since I'm not available the next Saturday and since it was THERE *****-UP, I suggested they deliver some other day - waiting to see that happen. Also waited **-** minutes for a Supervisor to come on the line - never did. After second call was told Supervisor would call me - NEVER DID. SUGGEST THIS ENTIRE DEPARTMENT BE FIRED AND REPLACED BY THOSE THAT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT !!!!!
