If you are going to be late, you need to call the person and let them know. I'm paying the installer by the minute and I AM FURIOUS!!!!! This is why I stopped buying appliances from Sears ** years ago...I'm trying again and was emphatic about wanting the delivery date to be met as I had two wait TWO WHOLE WEEKS for the dishwasher in the first place which I found absurd. Where are they? A second call to number I found in website produced at least an answer to my call. She said delivery is running late and they would call me* ** minutes later and still no call. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
