~Cmoral:I ordered a mattress. Had two phone (automated) calls confirming date and time of delivery for a Saturday between *-*pm ( I paid extra $ for Sat delivery). Received a call that Sat at *AM!! To tell me there was a delay and mattress would not be deliverd that day. No explanation was given to me. Instead I was told I would get* a call **-** hrs later to reschedule delivery...I went ahead and cancelled orderd and got mattresses somewhere else. Never Agaiin with sears home delivery!
