~Kathy:Agree with the other negative comments. I, too, was given a delivery date and they failed to show. After I had taken off work, I finally received a call that asked if they could reschedule to the next day and being in business for ourselves we reluctantly agreed and I took another day off work. Called the next morning to find out what time I could expect them and was told I was given incorrect information and that it would be the next day. Sears Delivery has got to be one of the worst organized companies I have dealt with in years. I will not be dealing with Sears again either, accountability is a huge part of any business success and they obviously do not have any.
