~Ron Farrier :I tried the $* charge to look up my personal score, which I did and used it once. I started to get monthly bills for a product I,m not using. Oct. * I went on the website request a concellation which I got a email with a QR * stating Cancellation . Next month I recieved a statement again. I called Nov.* talked to an Allen and told him I wanted a cancellation and refund to resolve this matter. He gave me a sales pitch first and did try to solve my problem. He said he made the cancellation and turn in for a refund with a email to follow. I have not received an email making me believe it didn't happen again.
