~Anonymous:I spoke w*Alexander @customer service...trying to cancel this service--he said he couldn't unless I gave him the last ** of SS account... I refused. He said there were other security services they could provide. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. Johnny also wanted the last ** of SS account. I refused. I told him I would not be paying any money to them. I told them they had my Name, address and birthday and that was the only ID I would give them. He gave me a cancellation *. He said I had proven who I was. I would reccomend never doing business with this company. Wish I had done my checking on their web site before even thinking about this company. Check out all "free" offers thoroughly before even giving them your name!
