~lfowner49:Horrible!! I was told the only way I could get a refund was by being nice, that they don't help people that are upset about charges.*I asked for someone who could speak better english. I was told I need to travel more. Get out of the U.S.*I was told over and over that his English was fine and "can you hear what I'm saying now, don't you understand me now".*Very very rude. Says he's the one that can handle refunds but only to nice people!*I said "oh so refunds are given if someone's nice about being scammed! !*When I told him he was on speaker and my attorney was sitting right here with me he hung up.***********I will have my attorney investigate this company.*All foreigners working there that can't speak well.*I need my **.** that was was charged three times or I will show proof of the site I used and no info about charges.*I never even got a credit score.
