Cannot get to the right people,on hold for hour and then busy signal!WAS ALSO TOLD I was being transferred to a level * person ,all I ever got was a recording to leave a message,did that and * months later with many calls etc. have not heard back.This is beyond terrible service from a company as large as Samsung.Meanwhile I have had to buy a new phone to replace the Samsung that at thetime was only * months old.* WILL NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AGAIN!
