During this time the machine needed the attention of your service man * (seven) times, with the exception of the last time, January **th, all repairs were related to the drum's main bearing. The repair calls are all documented in * form or another - with the exception of those which arrived with no paperwork. As this machine is now straying out of the period of the original guarantee, and has had to be repaired on so many occasions, as per the list, below: I must therefore conclude that either there is a latent defect in this Samsung machine itself, or ... possibly, the *st repair has caused the damage,* *th of December ****.* then again on **th of March ***** then again on *th of April ***** then again on **th of April ***** then again on **st of June ***** then again on the **th of August ***** then finally, on the **th of January ******On all the occasions, the drum was removed, for the purpose of the repair and taken away by your service department.*I must expect, therefore, that either you replace the machine or extend the guarantee of the current machine, by another three (*) years & to undertake to cover the cost of the laundry, during the periods that the machine is not operational.**Our receiving of the repaired machine does not constitute the acceptance of your offer in any form, **We feel that our request is reasonable, due to the fact that we do not expect that this repair will last for more than a few months, as the record so readily shows.* Please take into account the inconvenience of cost of having to have our laundry done elsewhere. That is not why we chose Samsung as a washing machine for home use.*Please endeavour to respond, in detail, as to your position., as I feel that your Principle, Samsung, should be made aware of this matter, .
