~E Neelly:I stumbled upon this website and thought that I would give it a try as I was having trouble contacting Samsung. I called the number that was provided and literally waited no longer than a minute before a customer service rep picked up the call. He was very helpful and advised me that it would be cheaper to get a new television than it would be to have mine repaired. I would believe that to be true as it got zapped during a recent electrical storm over the weekend. I have always had good service from my Samsung products and will continue my relationship with the company.
