It is horrible or even worse when you win a bid on average you will not get **% of the merchandise. They will come back after you have won it say the merchandise is unavailable to ship but will still have product in auction exactly as you have won. When you call they will not give you the item on auction or replace what you have won for the price it's a total scam!
