~wildtalksanctuary:took to long way too long,could not understand what she was saying, very thich accent. took an hour plus just to veryify i am actually me, residence changed all other information the same. sim card blocked. phone hasnt worked in * wks. have tried * three mos to change my plan from *** mins per month to *** per mo. * have never been able to change plan via phone or via internet. if the sim block isnt resolved i wont get my roll over mins as phone isnt able to be on. cant sit this long as i have a spinal cord injury and nerve damage and sitting more than ** mins i cant walk.also cant read the letters in stop spam box * how can you type what it is if you cant even recognise it to read it.?? lady on phone was very nice * polite, but sounded like she had a grapefruit in her mouth. certianly was not speaking english. i had no idea what she was saying to me and problem was not resolved. i was given another number and passed down the line. without fixing sim card, i wont get my mo. mins. * the
