I explained clearly ...* times ... the tech support number is useless to my situation. It does not give me an option to solve my problem and it does not give you any option to talk with a HUMAN. All she could tell me repeatedly was call tech support early a.m. tomorrow. Unreal. Problem NOT solved, but this number worked. :*
