~Vicki:The last non-English-speaking foreigner I spoke with kept me on the phone @** minutes, I presume to keep her hang-up count low, her saying I had to remain connected or else my problem would go unresolved. Several times they say the SIM card they sent wasn't able to be used and to wait for another. One took near two weeks to arrive* the second one, well, I'm still waiting on it--around * weeks. Their automated system will not allow me to talk to anyone because it says I must insert the SIM card into my phone first - the same SIM card that hasn't arrived in * weeks. I've told them I want an English speaking person and they flat out say "No." I've been without phone service for over a month.
