~Lexi:Worse customer service ever. Loaded their software for which I paid $*** for a * year contract and within a month had numerous problems. Began working with them on the problems in August (signed up July **, ****) and was on for hours, literally. Within a day I was now getting the blue screen! From then until * days ago, January **, ****, they were on my computer everyday trying to fix the problem. Completely removed my Norton telling me I didn't need it. I promptly got a virus. Eventually, on the above date my computer completely crashed!! That they should replace my computer is certain but they refused to even refund my $***.**. Please do not sign up with this company.
