After i asked how can i get back to my account since it was written that it is blocked somehow, he asked me to log in in the system. I repeated a problem, he said that he needs to consult someone and after ** seconds or so dropped the phone. BEEP BEEP BEEP, my problem was not solved. I can't book a flight, and after some time of unsuccessful tries to book flights, they say that they find a duble booking, still no letter though..
