~altruschel:I called to ask where to apply a *% discount on the checkout page (per instructions)and was patronized by an unpleasant "customer service" rep who told me there was no such discount online. If I had a legitimate discount I would enter the number in the "How do you hear about us section?"*I entered the code number and was given the discount that was supposedly not legitimate. This guy didn't know what he was talking about and was unprofessional to boot. I'm NEVER doing business with this place again!
