~Larry H:Called RS ****** explained problem to man, when he could not help asked to be connected to a supervisor, all busy, would explain problem to her and have her call me back in ** hrs. No call back, on ******* called again and asked to be connected to a supervisor, all busy, would have one call me back. Waited for * hours, called again, placed me on hold for ** min awaiting a supervisor. None available, wanted my number so they could call me back. I said no, and wanted to talk with the dept. head, said she could only refer me to escalation line (said I had refused it on first call - a lie). Discussed problem with a supervisor there (Pablo Roman) in depth...he was very helpful but could not do anything with my problem. Will send a letter to the home office "Grievance and Appeals Section".
