~rhondakay1111:The customer service rep. did not understand English well enough to construct full sentences. She never answered my question about purchasing minutes for my cell phone using my dell and not always having to purchase via the internet. Purchasing by phone is so much faster and easier. Reach Out Wireless (Government Assisted Cellular Service) always had *'s that could be called right on my phone to add minuted, but I couldn't make her understand that I was no longer able to do this due to a change in prompts that do not make sense.Very frustrating. Still don't have an answer.
