GetHuman-50462:The first agent I received had NO idea how to help me with my question. I heard him typing and he kept suggesting YouTube videos. I had already tried that of course. The videos he suggested did not answer my quetions, nor the online tutorials (i had watched them prior to my call doing my own research). Hence my call to support in the first place, google was lacking. I knew more about the product then he did and this is my first Razer anything.
