GetHuman-24tumad:I bought a drone today for $** at *:**pm for my nephew. I asked manager if i could return it since i dont know nothing about drones. He said yes. My nephew looked it up on line and saw that the battery is installed to drone. You cant buy a spare battery for it. So he didnt want it. I went back at *:**pm and the same Manager Gus Sandoval said i cant return. No refunds on drones. I was like u never said that to me. After he opened it and said i used it cuz it had scratches. He didnt even want to give me store credit. He is really rude and left to the back no carring for his customer. Rafael the other employee saw how rude he was. How could you guys have people representing ur company like that? Once i left, i called to get their names and manager answered, he didnt want to give me his co worker's name because he never helped me. I was like" u left me talking to my self and he was kind enough to tell me sorry for inconvenience. " Then he accused me of solicitating over the phone. I really feel upset with you guys. It was Maywood C.a *****. My name is ruben ramirez (***) ***-****. Pls contact me asap. He ruined my christmas.
