~erikascott1979:I initially called the the *** numbers and even tried to email the customer service. Then I came to this website and got the number to call. When I called the ***-***-**** and I didn't hit any of the number options I just held and after several minutes of holding an operator answered the phone and offered to transfer to someone she asked me if I booked a hotel, package, rental car, etc. and then transferred me to the appropriate person. When the customer service rep answered the phone he assisted me with trying to locate my reservation, and when we realized that it didn't process he assured me that if I chose to go back online and bid on PRICELINE again that I would not be double charged. Pretty good service after some lengthy investigating.
