I think so based on my years of education. *priceline trip number: ***-***-***-***S*****@***.com*Booked the $*** room at the Kahlor hotel rochester minnesota for * nights. This room comes with free parking in the hotel ramp unless you book through Priceline. The priceline customer pays $**.** or parks some where else. The problem is when you check in no one will tell you that "If you are a priceline customer you pay extra for parking because parking doesn't come with that room for priceline customers. Two days after they gave me the parking slip to use there ramp I see an unauthorized charge on my card. Called the hotel manager who said you are being charged $** daily because you booked through Priceline. I said other people who book this room through your reservation service do not incur that charge. He said priceline customers and other third party bookers do. I said so I won the bid on the $*** room and I do not get the same ammenities that ot
