~Wayne:Had to go through the selection menus a few times before I just pressed '*' to talk to a Customer Service Rep. Told her what I wanted to do (cancel my account) and she put me through to another Rep for the closure. About a * minute wait there, and then he went through the usual spiel about 'no fee' and 'better deal', blah blah blah. Just said no thanks and he said OK, asked my security credentials, and closed the account. Very easy.
