~Jami:I tried to mail a letter today that required hand cancelling but the employee said I had to pay $*.** for this service. I have never before been charges a $*.** extra. I told the woman that this is something I do all the time and, in fact, she has done multiple times for me but she explained she could not do it. This same woman "greeted" me at the PO a month or more ago by rolling her eyes and saying, "not you again" as I approached. Today I told her how hurtful that was and that, given the current financial situation of the USPS, I was appalled at the poor service I was receiving. No wonder you are struggling if this is how you treat your customers.
