~AlixinDC：Due to some really bad information from the Canadian government website, we had a visa issue at the gate of Air Canada (booked through Orbitz). The Orbitz agent couldn't be more helpful and worked with us to try to resolve the problem before the flight left. That wasn't possible as we had to work with the airline but Ariane stayed on the line with us as we called on another phone to Air Canada and miraculously got a human agent (also very helpful) to speak too. Ariane from Orbitz walked us through what we needed to ask and what we needed to say to get our ticket available to us for future travel or - hopefully - refunded as only Air Canada could make this decision. While the problem was not resolved ***%, the customer service was excellent.
