I tried to switched from Norton *** to Norton Security but the Norton website would not accept my product key and showed the following message "Unable to change the subscription for this product." Norton failed to provide information on their website to accomplish the change. The chat representative resolved the issue quickly. No more Norton products for me after this episode.
