Yet when I tracked a shipment, your tracking website (https:**www.nyandcompany.com*nyco*myaccount*gadgets*orderStatusDetailPage.jsp?orderId*) shows identical charges ($**.**) for these identical items and that the first item (white jacket) was not shipped and in fact may be unavailable. If I have to return any of these gift items, I fear that I will have real problems returning the items for the price I committed to at ordering time.
