~jeditonto:Waiting on tax return. Usually get the card first. This year it's all I'm waiting on. Called netspend and got a hold of someone that i had to keep asking to speak up. Ask a question and get an answer. Ask another and get put on hold three times. got told wait * business days and it was almost a month. The guy i was talking to didnt understand that. Next tax refund year will be finding another way to receive my money. Won't be back to Netspend.
