I lost my purse which includes my credit cards that I have since cancelled and these idiots keep asking me for * digits off my credit card that was lost. What?? they have failed to email me the information needed and keep saying that it is my fault it didn't go to my email box. I am also frustrated that they have people on the phone talking that can't speak English proficiently in order for me to understand what they are trying to say. Then he had the nerve to ask me to give them another card in order to open a new account and I have already paid for services for the month of June. WTH
