~ZenGuitarist:Bryan was great and friendly. He even asked me in a very honest and non-scripted way how my day had been (i called at night around *pm) and I told him my son and I went fishing. I'm not sure how the managers are training in the call center that Bryan works at but its AMAZING! This is what customer service should be like. Where the worker is able to be themselves and have a personality and troubleshoot along with the caller. BRILLIANT.
