~Jeannie:I ordered this and their website and customer rep said I got service in my area. I ordered the device and service. I received the device, installed and activated it and when I attempted to access the internet, it was slower that then old dial up in the **'s. An absolute "joke". I called to cancel and they proceeded to make excuses. I called back and selected the cancel option. The cust rep tried to do the same thing,(make excuses). I told him to cancel my account and how do I return this device. He told me I could not return the device for a refund and I would have to pay the **.** for the device. I told him that I would be disputing the charge through my American Express Account. This is the worst company I have dealt with. The cust reps were okay, but to be charged for something that does not work and you cannot use and will throw away is a scam!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY!!!
