~JJ:Terrible experience with NET**. Repeated phone calls to tech support regarding reception. After about * calls one of them taking ** hrs of my time. Finally, replacement phone to be sent to me. I returned my defective phone as per NET** instructions they sent. I called to find out where my new phone was... apparently, somehow it was cancelled. New order put in. ** hrs. later NO PHONE (was supposed to be delivered ***-** hrs). On phone now AGAIN!! Now NET** saying phone out of warranty. I was not informed in the beginning of all this when I sent back the phone!!! I told rep that "I" was told new phone being sent (IE: No mention that I was out of warranty) I am demanding they send the phone since I already sent back my defective phone. So, still on hold, hold, hold, please continue to hold, hold, hold again while updating ticket. Hold while I contact another department (because YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING????) Just get me my replacement phone!!! WHY IS THIS DO DIFFICULT?? Why do I have
