This time with another lady who again could not answer as another tier * supervisor and promised she would get Mark to call me back in ** min s or less. Again no call back. At this point I had spent ** hours total on the phone or on hold with this company as a re-seller for them and a iPhone Tech. and Senior Cell Phone repair Technician and instructor. I have never seen a company with so much potential that is being ruined by the wor
