~MadatMS:Hello,**I have a complaint regarding the service you give (or lack thereof) to your customers. **I have had an issue with my MS Outlook going on one month (repeated issue). I was on with support for * hours yesterday, with no answers. She stated she would she would have a level * tech call me the following day to help. They would call between **-** E time. They called at **:** and as of right now (*:** PM Eastern) I am still on with them with no results. **After almost * hours and repeated interruptions ("I will be back" and no remote work being done) clearly he was assisting others. I asked him to pls focus on me as I had been in front of the computer for almost * hours with no end in sight. I asked why he kept placing me on hold and not working remotely. He stated MS has them "multi task, taking care of * and sometime * people at a time". He knows this is frustrating to me (and others) but this is how they do it.
