Both asked for contact information and the nature of the problem before sending me to someone else. The third person admitted that she had no idea but still took almost an additional ** minutes before sending the problem to someone else who is supposed o call me back. Microsoft wants to charge me for an answer even though no one, yet, has even understood the problem. Pretty disgusting.*And, by the way, why this multi-billion dollar corporation has the worst on-hold music I have ever been forced to listen to is a complete mystery to m.
